“Live the actual moment, only this moment is Life”
– Thich Nhat Hanh
With rapid development and modern technology continuously taking over our lives, too often we forget to live in the now and appreciate who we are and the people we are with. Swamped with the many demands of modern life, we focus on what tomorrow will bring, living in anxiety as we find ourselves immobilized by fear and uncertainty. Life has become a race and we find ourselves overwhelmed with what we think is living. We have forgotten how to breathe and listen to ourselves.
In it is with these in our hearts, that we would like to invite you to join us as we celebrate “A Day of Mindfulness, Compassion and Gratitude” on August 26, 2017. Various immersive exercises and talks on mindfulness will provide opportunities for us to reflect and practice gratitude and mindful movement.
Hope to see you there!
